CAN YOU EMBROIDER MY LOGO?
Yes we can!! It's what we do best. However, there are a few qualifying factors involved in this process. First, if you have your logo already digitized for embroidery, we would need to have you send it to us at artwork@sigemb.com so that we can do a test sewout on the type of fabric you want to use for your order. As long as the design runs well, we are ready to go from there.
If you don't have your logo digitized for embroidery, then we need to start with your sending the artwork to artwork@sigemb.com in an acceptable format so that we can digitize it for you… See artwork requirements.
IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PIECES I MUST ORDER?
No there is not a minimum. We offer price breaks for higher quantities, but we want you to order whatever you feel you need….even if it is only one piece.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Your order is scheduled ONLY after all the goods have arrived and the digitized design has been approved. After those two criteria have been met, the timeframe for completing your order is typically 3 to 5 business days. If you have an event date, let us know. It is usually not a problem to accommodate your request, but keep in mind that allowing enough time to complete the process in an organized, thorough fashion is the best way to insure that we can provide you with the quality work for which we strive and you will be proud to wear.
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY LOGO BEFORE MY ORDER GOES INTO PRODUCTION?
Absolutely…in fact, we insist that you see at least a scan of the final sewout which we email to you for approval before we can schedule your order. We can also mail a sew out of the logo on fabric for further evaluation. We want to make sure you like what you see.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ARTWORK?
The best type of artwork for us is camera ready vector artwork in a format of Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated Post Script (.eps), Corel Draw (.cdr), or 300 dpi JPG (.jpg). This type of artwork is also the kind you would have sent to a printer to have business cards or a brochure made. Artwork from the web is not acceptable; neither is faxed artwork. Please email your artwork to artwork@sigemb.com.
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO GET STARTED AND COMPLETE MY ORDER?
First we need your digitized file or your artwork as described in “How Do I Submit My Artwork?”. Next, if you are ordering from our online catalog, we need Item Number, Description, Color, Quantity of each Size, Location on the garment of each embroidered design, and thread colors. You can also print our online ORDER FORM and fax it to us at 864-297-6093 or email the completed pdf order form to sales@sigemb.com.
DO YOU OFFER PATCHES?
Yes, we do offer patches. Send your artwork to artwork@sigemb.com along with the quantity you need and we will provide a quote.
DO YOU OFFER SCREEN PRINTING?
Yes we do. Please provide basically the same artwork information and ordering information as for embroidery and we will provide you with a quote. Send artwork to artwork@sigemb.com and send orders to sales@sigemb.com.
